Scott J. Lesser is the Chair of the Corporate Department.   In his corporate practice, Scott handles high profile matters, and has many years of experience counseling and advising individual and corporate clients in a wide range of business-related matters.  

Scott concentrates his practice in sophisticated real estate structures, including joint ventures for all asset classes of real estate, including, office, retail, residential, hotel and mixed use properties and development projects, acquisitions and dispositions of interests in private companies in the real estate sector and preferred equity investments.   He has represented numerous nationally-recognized owner/developer and investor clients domestically and internationally. 

Scott also has a diverse corporate practice, focusing his general corporate practice on mergers and acquisitions, particularly in lower-middle market, and other general corporate and commercial work, including, joint ventures, partnership agreements, employment agreements, debt financings and start-ups in various industries, including manufacturing and textiles.
