Wachtel Missry’s financing practice includes the representation of real estate owners/developers, as borrowers in ordinary and complex financing transactions in domestic and international markets and lenders. Our representation of borrowers includes large single-asset mortgages, portfolio financings, balance sheet loans, conventional mortgage loans, bridge loans, acquisition loans, development and construction financings, senior and subordinate mezzanine loans, syndicated loans, loans originated for securitization, and leasehold financings. We are experienced in negotiating financing transactions involving all major real estate product types, including office, commercial, industrial, multi-family, residential and hospitality.
We also have extensive experience in virtually every type of middle market and small business loan transactions, including term loans, revolving credit facilities, lines of credit, real estate acquisition loans, construction loans, U.S. Small Business Administration loan transactions, letters of credit and leasing transactions for a variety of purposes, including working capital, inventory financing, equipment financing, real estate acquisition, improvement and refinance.
