Stella L. Sainty’s practice is focused on litigating complex civil matters in state and federal courts.

Stella is an experienced trial and appellate advocate in practice areas including commercial contracts, real estate and business venture disputes, trademark and copyright litigation, derivative suits, class actions, debtor-creditor law and bankruptcy, business torts, fraud and white collar criminal defense. She has also successfully represented clients in matters before the American Arbitration Association and other alternative dispute resolution settings.

Prior to joining the firm, Stella conducted quantitative and qualitative opinion research for a nonpartisan nonprofit organization, and was a host and head of the American Music department at WKCR 89.9 FM NY.
