Denise Krall is an associate in the Wachtel Missry real estate department. Denise focuses her practice on representing and advising developers, property owners, investors, lenders and borrowers in a variety of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisition, disposition, development, financing, restructuring and leasing.

Denise also brings prior experience in construction matters, and, with that, valuable insight into legal issues facing developers, owners, architects, engineers and contractors. She represents clients in negotiating license agreements in connection with adjacent property access ranging from complex projects to townhouse renovations. She has previously handled RPAPL § 881 applications and litigated disputes arising from property damage and defect claims, project delays and breaches of contract.
