Jason Libou
Jason represents businesses and individuals in a wide variety of legal disputes and transactions. He is known for delivering sophisticated legal advice and outstanding results for his clients both in and out of court. Jason has represented corporate business clients and high-net worth individuals in numerous forums including state and federal courts. He navigates legal matters with aggression and integrity.
Jason concentrates and is experienced in all phases of civil and commercial litigation, including trials, motion and discovery practice, and appellate work, including alternative dispute resolution such as arbitration and mediation. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in corporate and business disputes, including claims of breach of contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, business torts and unfair competition claims, shareholder and partnership disputes and dissolutions, and real estate litigation.
