Lynn (Linghui) Jiang is an associate attorney in Real Estate Department of Wachtel Missry LLP.  Lynn’s practice involves all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, financing and leasing.  She regularly represents real estate owners, developers, purchasers, sellers, landlords and tenants in a wide range of real estate transactions. Lynn has also represented lender and borrowers in connection with real estate financings, including construction, mezzanine, and various forms of equity financings.

Prior to joining the Firm, Lynn was associated with the New York office of a top-tier Chinese law firm, specializing in residential real estate and immigration law.

She is admitted to practice law in New York and People’s Republic of China, and she is a native Mandarin speaker and fluent in English.
