    Kenneth C. Louis is an Associate in the Real Estate Department.  Kenny draws on his comprehensive experience to counsel clients on a broad spectrum of matters, including commercial leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.  Representative clients include developers, real estate investors and multi-unit franchise operators in the quick service restaurant, fitness, and hospitality industries.

     

    While at Rutgers Law School in Newark, Kenny interned for the Hon. Harriet F. Klein in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, and served as Managing Editor of the Rutgers Computer and Technology Law Journal.  Prior to joining the firm, Kenny worked in the Real Estate and Corporate practices at various law firms in New York and New Jersey.  Before his second career as a lawyer, he worked in industrial sales in the San Francisco Bay Area while moonlighting as a classical musician.  Kenny lives in Harlem with his wife and children and is fluent in Cantonese.
